You won't find the truth written out there in an article or studies. You gotta find it literally by yourself with the help of no other outside sources.

well, that's just stupid. People are different with all kinds of needs for their body. People eating eggs and red meat and some seafood and only fresh vegetables their whole life, it's probably a great life. But, how many Americans need to cut out the cholesterol first? a whole fycking bunch.

Right on.

Say on an average week you eat pizza once, you eat fast food once, and you eat out at a restaurant once. Cutting just these 3 things out per week, would have a drastic effect on cholesterol and overall health. Then say, you drink soda, but not much, only 12 oz of soda a day, that can't hurt right? Just cutting out soda, drastic improvement in health. It's poo like this.

The thought that, well I only have one soda a day, I only eat pizza once a week, I only eat fast food sometimes. THIS is the problem with Americans. This is why America is obese. No, not even a soda a day is ok. No, eating pizza even just once a week is not ok. No, eating out at restaurants only sometimes, is not alright.

But then it comes to eggs. And whereas with bad food we say, well it's just one soda, well it's just one pizza day a week, we say with eggs, no eggs will kill me if I eat too many!

Just ate my first meal of the day. 9 scrambled eggs, salt, pepper. I'm still hungry if not more hungry than before I ate. Per usual.

I’m glad you know the truth. I’ve eaten a ton of fat and cholesterol over the last year and a half and my health has vastly improved because of it. There are plenty of resources out there that explain the calorie myth, the cholesterol myth, the fat myth and the salt myth but people don’t want the truth. They don’t want to admit that they’re wrong and we’re led like sheep into their thinking. I smile as I sit down to eat my steak and eggs knowing that my non-inflammatory fat, salt and cholesterol are helping to heal me from the inside out.

I'm glad you know the truth too.

The bottom line is this https://www.kfc.com/nutrition

10 hot wings from KFC calculates out to be 185 mg of cholesterol which equals 62% Daily Value

But hold on, the same nutrition scale tells me that one large egg has 187 mg of cholesterol 62% Daily Value

By this you get less cholesterol in your system by eating 10 hot wings from KFC than eating one large egg. LOL

Many don’t understand just how necessary cholesterol is and that there are different types, beyond just HDL and LDL, but the Lipitor commercials have taken their toll. I do a Ketogenic diet and it has been life altering for all the right reasons, ignore the ignorant naysayers and do what you know is best for you.

    • Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.
    • I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......
    • Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
