Time frames relevant to ownership change

Hopefully, the new COO will implement a moratorium on the signing of any long term contracts until the transition to new ownership has been completed.  Otherwise, Hurney could financially hog tie the Panthers for years to come, just like he did during his first stint as GM.

I don’t want RR anywhere near a GM position. His ability to evaluate talent is nonexistent even if for only a short time. I can only imagine some moves he’d make.
