Tepper actually needs only 23 votes because he'll get the vote from Jerry Richardson, who has accepted Tepper's winning bid of $2.275 billion. Whether that vote will be cast by Richardson or COO Tina Becker remains to be seen.

McNair said he didn't expect the 81-year-old Richardson to attend the meetings, but a source close to the situation said there is a chance that he'll attend. Richardson hasn't attended a league meeting since the spring meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2016.

Richardson put the team up for sale after the season amidst an NFL investigation into sexual and racial workplace misconduct. The league is expected to announce the results of the investigation after the sale is finalized, which should come in July.

      Dan's been part of 5 drafts, 3 as an assistant to the "last guy" and 2 leading the way. The first 3 with Fitts were pretty ugly overall. Last year's draft, his 1st, isn't looking hot. This year looking like a winner.  He's been part of some bad FA decisions, some good ones, and right now we have the most expensive OL in the league with our franchise LT on the last year of his rookie deal. That's going to get even more expensive.  I'm not ready to crown him as a GM god quite yet because one good year isn't making up for all the bad that's been done the previous 4.

      It is what it will be. I’m over bitching about Young myself. It changes nothing about the situation to constantly complain about him so I personally am not going to do it. I’m looking for another target because this one is played out and it changes nothing.

      I’m getting his jersey. I never buy jerseys. But today I bought 2 at the team store. I got a Delhomme and Peppers legacy jerseys. They didn’t have my size in. DB jersey. Its at the top of my jersey hit list.
