I think the last 3 weeks has been enough for Tepper.  Not just losing but getting our ass handed to us in Pittsburgh and losing two games we should have won plus some lousy coaching decisions.

Outside of Reid most of our Free Agents have been overpaid cheerleaders. Namely Anderson and Smith. Draft picks have been OK and would probably be better if Rivera gave them some damn playing time. 

Find a GM that has a clear understanding of what we need, needs to be cap creative and not stupid enough to reach for a project in the 2nd round.

Finding a coach that will utilize our weapons to their full potential, not loyal to Vets and can get the most out of Cam and Luke. 

Keep our Core Players. 

Offensively Cam, CMC, Moore, Samuel, Moton, Turner, Williams, (**Armah** if new coach uses the FB

Defensively Short, Addison, Thompson, Kuechly, Reid, Bradberry and Jackson

Retain the recently drafted Rookies, Thomas, Carter, Haynes, Smith, Gaulden 

Players to fill the gaps  Olsen, Davis, Roten, Larsen, Clark  (Davis is not a core anymore and Olsen is half way into the booth)

Everyone else is expendable.  Clear as much space as possible and hit the FA market for DL and T.

I just don't get the hate on Luke?  What I'm seeing is that the ball isn't bouncing our way as often on turnovers.  Since Luke has been at the center of so many of those, it just stinks.  Luke's problem is we're getting beat on the edges and in the back four.  Teams are planning away from Luke because other guys aren't making the plays they should.

Like you have your guys run to three parts of the field, and you throw it to where Luke isn't.  He can't make the play there.  Or on running, make sure your linemen get hands on 59, because who no one else is making plays right now.

Luke's struggles are because of the rest of the team is playing so poorly.

He’s the last guy I worry about on this team. As great is he is he can’t be omnipresent which I think most of the fan base expects from him based on his level of play over the years.

Have to disagree.  Yesterday was the first time all season he has actually played a decent game.  He has been one of the very worst players on the defense alongside Munnerlyn.

I think it's mostly due to Eric Washington's scheme, or lack thereof.  This defense is absolutely loaded with talent and they are a frickin joke.
