That's what true leaders do. They take responsibility. They don't pass the buck to someone else.

Rivera has always deflected blame from himself and the coaches onto the players. That's not leadership.

Well put. I guess I was referring for the other comments I seen but you are absolutely right. 

I am just not sure where we should go from here. Next few weeks will be very interesting to say the least.
