Jake was a backup journeyman that got the opportunity. Feel like he lucked out with this one but in the end, Jake was terrible.

If the man wasn't at least somewhat qualified for his job, he wouldn't have gotten at least some things right. Not everything he did was wrong, but there were plenty more times during his tenure that the safe pick was the right pick and you don't fug that up. He brought in Olsen and also brought in Chris Harris at the time. Mind you this was over ten years ago. As for lately, besides this past draft and possibly rolling the dice with Eric Reid (might have been on Tepper), he hasn't done poo. He locked up Davis and Olsen, both won't be here next year. This FA class has been arguably the biggest busts in Panthers history. The Gaulden pick was atrocious. Torrey Smith may have ten receptions all year. CJ had three carries. Poe is FAT. Only reason he has a job was that he was a JR 'YES' man. Get him the fug out. Someone like Dorsey with experience could point this franchise in the right direction.

Jake turned the franchise around. Took us to a Super Bowl. Tommy John surgery killed his career.

Lucas had a solid 3 season run

Wahle was a pro bowler in Carolina

Keshawn had a good season for a #2 WR. He shouldn't have been released.

Calling a rookie a bust is foolish.

Blame RR or Norv for not playing CJ

The Torrey Smith trade was good because it god rid of Worley and gave us depth at WR. His contract isn't guaranteed.

We have one of the better run defenses in the NFL. Poe is doing his job. He isnt a pass rusher. That is Short and Butler's job.
