I'm never in favor of platooning quarterbacks, but at this point I'd be willing to take a look at what Kyle Allen can do for the rest of the game.

Said it elsewhere: Realistically speaking, we're not winning this game. And even if we did win it's probably going to be meaningless.

Heinicke is injured. It's not his throwing arm but after watching the way he looked on that last run, I don't think it really matters.

Nice first drive, but not much since, and the suggestion that he probably doesn't have the frame for this might just be valid.

Put Allen back in and see what he can do.

He's actually having a pretty good drive this time. help from Christian McCaffrey of course, but he's still looking decent.

Incredibly inaccurate. I didnt like the way he played in the preseason and I'm not impressed now. I wrote an article on this on the smack down cause that's the only place on allowed to post.

Accuracy isn't the problem. Field vision and decision making are the problems.

I looked at this game as his audition for the backup job next season. I'd say it's over.

Knowing who our head coach is though, I wouldn't hold my breath on him getting taken out.
