Two things I wish the NFL would make a rule on.  1.  Any noise level over 103 db (and that goes for piped in noise) and 2.  All whistles.  That game was confusing to listen to for all the whistles.  Make a penalty for both those.

Yeah that's a bunch of BS. I have been to plenty of games at the college level where the refs hear a whistle in the stands and have security remove them. 

Also every damn dome stadium pipes in noise which is stupid. ATL is the worst for it.

well yeah its inside...my dog is loud when it barks inside.
