Kinda worried about the NO game

No NFC South team has lost a division game at home all season. I'm not saying that this simple stat means we'll lose, I'm just pointing out that division teams have been playing really well at home this season.

NO played very well this weekend (better than we did against Detroit) and they'll be looking to be the spoilers of our great season.

If we lose, we'll probably play @ Arizona in the first round.

If we win, we might have to play the Cowboys or Atlanta in Charlotte for our first playoff game.

I'd really like that first round bye...I'm just worried that the Saints have plans of their own.

I think we take this one though. Absolutes only exist in the past.

When we played Detroit they had a little more life in them. They had renewed confidence because they picked up Cullpepper. Now they are pretty much laying down, so I don't think that's a good comparison. But they will try to be spoilers no doubt.

Time for Panthers to rewrite that trend then. I'm confident that we can beat the Aints in their house.

This scenario in this game reminds me a lot of the stigma we had in 2005 against Atlanta in the regular season finale. Here's hoping for the same type of result and momentum that will follow it.
