Not pulling his outside foot ten inches off the ground on his initial step back would be a good start.

Over the last few years, I've severely lowered my expectations for drafted tackles, including those in the first round.

Was a good athlete 

Played in a gimmick offense that helped hide the weaknesses.

 

Dudes raw and could be a good LT one day but needs a lot of coaching.

Crazy, some people on here were freaking wanting Dillard and crying Burns wouldnt be ready not being able to make a impact right away
