Have you noticed Turner tayloring his gameplan to the opponent? Not saying he isn't, just saying I haven't noticed us doing this, and it's long been one of the things that bugs me about Ron's teams. I've liked Turner as OC better than what we had in the past, but I can't think of any specific examples of him game planning for a weakness like injuries to starters off the top of my head.

Of course Norv is gameplanning against each defensive unit we face. Intermixed along with juggling different O line combinations and concentrating on plays that have a high probability of success given Allen's inexperience.  Against several teams with a good pass rush (Tampa, Tennessee, Houston) , we used max protect  to help give Kyle the time to go through his progressions. We have used misdirection against faster teams and double tight ends against teams playing nickel playing zone in a cover 2 or 3 shell.

As for gameplanning for injury, you can't be serious. The O line has had injuries to players and guys coming off of injuries from last year. We have shuffled folks around trying to find the best combinations in order to run the ball and pass protect.  Didn't Moton go to the left side to battle with Bosa against San Francisco. Sure it didn't work but the gameplanning was evident.  You not only have to gameplan for your opponent before the game, you have to make adjustments from series to series to counter the adjustments the defense is making to try and stop you. It is a chessmatch. If you can't see it, that doesn't mean it isn't happening.

That doesn't include the plays called for specific players running routes to take advantage of favorable matchups against defensive secondaries that may have a few holes due to injury. And many more I imagine
