This board is hopeless.....

Today's game really showed what I love, and hate about this team sometimes.

We get a lead, and it seems like Fox just wants to ride out the lead without really trying to add to it.

Jake didn't have a good game, he just didn't have a bad game.

At the end of the first half, I had mixed feelings. Part of me wanted to see them try to get another score, and another part of me was paranoid that Jake would throw an int and Zona would take it in for a score. I can't really blame fox for being conservative today when we got the lead. Better to trust the ground game and defense than to risk many passes.

This is in fact a huge issue to begin with anyway.

Not gonna say too much because I'm ecstatic we won the game. Just wish we would have won the games we should/could have.

We play a very dominate game against a team that no one gave us a chance to win and you guys are bitching....

Zod if I was you I woul be ashamed. This board acts like a bunch of spoiled bitches.

Bitch if we lose....

Bitch when we win....

Fuc u all- I am going to enjoy this win and see it as a ladder to the top.

Keep your frustrating, depressing, dumbass opinions.

The Panthers wooped ass, fought hard, and deserved this win.

I am done with this depressing, ignorant board.

If the people here knew 1/2 as much about football as they did about crying we might have a damn fanbase.

PATHETIC

We wooped some ass today.

STFU and smile.

+1 for the most part. Most of the people I actually respect on this board post a lot less than they used to.

They (Az) are 1 injury away from being right back to where they used to be my friend. Heard it here first.

But right now they are still making hay whilst the sun shines ( today excluded) so if they are a fluke team they are certainly making work for them.

    • They will be if they extend Young but I don't think we're there just yet. Morgan and Canales are tied and I don't believe Tepper is going to go look for a new front office for Bryce as things stand.
    • I was playing around with the ESPN playoff predictor and it shows if 49ers and Rams finish with same record, the Rams hold the tiebreaker.
    • This is my thinking as well. Seattle played as good as they could on defense and Panthers still had a chance until those back to back turnovers.  I don't think the Rams played particularly well in their game against us, alot things went our way in order to win.  Someone pointed out the Rams were bad on the east coast road games and Seattle has been the better road team but they just fought a hard contested game against the Panthers, and now they travel to San Fran this week for their biggest game of the season to determine the division and if they are the overall #1 seed in the NFC or will be traveling for the Wildcard weekend.  If they lose they then travel back cross the country to play a team they've just beaten two weeks ago, not saying they won't be favored against the Panthers but the energy of hosting our first playoff game in 10 years along with the get back effect of having just lost to this team could be huge.
