Should’ve kept Norwell and Star over Trai and KK. You’d think that the professional GM would know that.

Norwell and Star have underperformed their contracts even more than Trai and KK

Norwell, Star, and Trai have just been flat out bad, whereas KK has been mediocre

Teams should really invest a lot more resources into doing psychological assessments to determine who is likely to lose motivation once they get a big contract.  It cripples franchises.

Norwell got hurt. Star is just getting less playing time in Buffalo.
