Me thinks.....there are going to be some odd titles for inbound hires to Connected to Ruhle’s Vision for the staff and the sports science program.  So many of the hires may actually have little to do with the matters of the roster but the program Vision has far reaching aspirations. We must be patient and allow for all of the foundational “load bearing” pieces to be assembled and implemented.  It’s not going to happen in one or two seasons my good people.

It's a possibility. Rhule's familiarity is with building college programs, not NFL ones. He's shown an ability to adapt though.

That's where a guy like Tom Coughlin could be helpful. Coughlin was basically in charge of the whole show in his initial run in Jacksonville.

Just hoping Rhule doesn’t become Ron and keep guys around just because they’re friends.
