Norwell would be a plug and play starter at LG. 

any vet that is good would only be coming here to be overpaid IMO.  Why else would you come here.   Or have some local tie where you are basically signing up to make life better for your family.  You basically are signing up for the end of a lameduck and then a new HC's rebuild.

only players who come to the Panthers for a reasonable amount of money aren't desired many other places
