Why risk your body and play through injury...when the coaching staff is pathetic as it has been this year and Jake is as pathetic as he has been this year? That has nothing to do w/ being a "T.O".

Get healthy. The Carolina coaching staff is shooting this team in the foot w/ Jake right now.....No point for Smitty to pointlessly play w/ a clear injury.

for some reason ,the year Smitty injured (in 2004), jake had his career high in yards (3,886), and TDs (29). Im a bit confused.
