As far as who to hire to be our next coach and next GM, doesn't the GM dictate everything? You bring in a GM... and doesn't he find a coach they work together? More often than not? I hear this talk about Weis being our offensive coordinator and I'm like... SLOOOOOOOW DOWN PEOPLE!

I agree with bring in a run oriented coach, pass second. Our run game is stellar. No since revamping everything.
