Hey all, Figured it was time to introduce myself. Been a lurker on the site for awhile now. Huge panthers fan since the beginning win or lose their my team, Also a fan of the Bobcats and a huge Duke Basketball fan. Basically all Carolina sports and teams for the most part. Been to a few panthers pre season games but never a regular season one that is until next Sunday may be getting a few free tickets and hopefully the chance to stop by the awesome tailgates i hear are thrown.

About me, well I'm 22 born and raised in Charlotte. Currently working construction until i save up some money for school. Huge nerd i guess you could say enjoy working on and with computers hopefully turning that into a career one day.

Anyways looking forward to getting to know you all :cheers2:

      The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.

      I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.

      lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
