not as a head coach. too few jobs and too much competition that he doesn't stand out from.

Give it 2-3 years.

First, I go strictly by wins/losses. Second to that is what hope does the team have of being competitive with the better teams in the league. Third, when they get the opportunity to win the big game, do they. Fourth, what preparations are made to sustain a winning, competitive team, what, sustained hope, do they have if not winning it all, at least competing without being an embarrassment.

While the first three are the most concrete numbers, the fourth example is what really matters and what ultimately determines the first three. However, as you well know, you can't put numbers to it.

As for what I think; I have no clue, I don't know what the scene looks like past what the fans see.
