Who will be a Panther longer...34 or 28?

Hopefully both will be here long-term but with all the concerns of the Panthers considering trading Stewart or DeAngelo in the offseason, I'm curious as to who people think will go and who will stay. I think Williams is more likely to be dealt, because of the distinct possibility that he'll ask for more than we can afford in the next two years unless another key player were let go to afford him, or the no-cap deal continues and even then, for some reason, God, I don't know why, I feel like Stewart will be here as our franchise RB in the future.

Again, no guarantees that anything happens, just want an idea of who is more likely to be here and who isn't, of the two.

I think deangelo will be here longer...im mostly saying this bc if one of them was to be traded i would trade stewart bc he is very injury prone..i like them both a lot..and i think that williams is a lil bit better..however i do like stewarts tuff runnings style...i think that we should kepp the greatest running back tandem in NFL history together

Exactly. I think both players thrive off one another's success. If both men continue to remain close friends and share time, I think both could be here for another contract term. It will be scary when they both are in their prime and slashing defenses like an all day habit. At this point, with Moore looking more and more promising, I don't see a need to trade away one of our great backs to acquire a high pick in the upcoming draft. Who's to say their value would be good enough to attain one anyway? Keep the backs, give Moore the reigns, draft a beast #2 receiver, get everyone healthy and this team will be a force in the upcoming seasons.

    • Been here since middle school right when it started around 2003 after the charlotte.com one. Living outside of Carolina it was tough to find good Panthers content, news or analysis. And no one to talk to about it. This place gave me a lot though I don’t often post. In the later days, I particularly Loved PhillyB’s write ups. They were fire. Too bad I go let it go. I appreciate the hell out of @MHS831 @TheSpecialJuan @Jackie Lee and others who have been posting great content and keeping this place worth coming back to. Particularly during the offseason. Appreciate y’all!
    • Nice explanation, but I was just messing with you. Thought that would be obvious. I dont have the energy to keep on trolling. Last season I compared our situation with Bryce as a potential Alex Smith, but what we should be looking for is our version of Mahomes. Some people will read that as one sentence, to me that single sentence is equivalent to a half A4 explanationf of the teams pathway forward.
    • I dont know how much of his salary would come across and how much a trade would cost but I feel Kmet would be the sort of TE Canales and Morgan would like
