The Kings on Monday. Anyone else nervous?

Kings come to town Monday and I'm nervous. The 'Cats are on a real high with the wins over the Spurs and Suns and they have very important games with the Heat, Hawks and Magic this week. They can't have a letdown against the Kings.

I know the Kings haven't done well but they now have Kevin Martin back and he put up big numbers in his first 2 games and will have to be rekoned with. Martin is also a Western Carolina alum and will have a few friends in the house to try and impress.

It was good that Wallace and Jackson got some time off in the Suns game. this will help. I'm worried (as I'm sure coach Brown is too) that the mins that Jax and GW are logging will come back to haunt us later. Hopefully, we can make a move that will shore up the hole @ PF.

This could be the most important week in Bobcats history to date. We don't need to stump our toe against the Kings or it will undermine what we have accomplished so far in January.

This game is a trap let's not fall into it!!

I just hope that this team doesn't blow up the chemistry and back court play that they have developed in the past month looking for PF help.

This small ball lineup, while it may not fly in the playoffs, is damn near impossible to guard and very opportunistic on defense. Plus, it is a lot of fun to watch.

I'm going to my first b-cats game on Wed. against the Heat

Looking forward to it!!

anybody ever sat in a suite??

Yes, it is nice as far as the seats and the food, however, the people in the suite with you might not be the biggest basketball fans, so find yourself a good seat and try not to get sucked into one of the various business conversations that you will find in the suites.

Kings are a young team that can pile on points. If we play D like we've been playing the past few games we should have no problem disposing of them though.

This.

Pretty much every team without a winning should be considered a trap game, from here on out.

Were a .500 Club playing above .500 Basketball.

    • I think you should see the OP for pretty big reasons why that is a completely incorrect take given this is a Dave Canales team.
    • TMac is a good player and would've been the right pick if our QB could throw a ball farther than 40 yards. For this team's current build (run first, game management passing attack) and the fact that our TE's are laughably bad - the five on our roster have combined for less than 600 yards total, with 3 TDs - Warren should've been the pick.
    • If anyone feels like they can't have a conversation about Bryce Young nearly three full seasons into his career maybe assess why and how these conversations end this way instead of looking to shoot the messenger. Why is it okay to label anyone else on the team or coaching staff trash? Folks on the huddle and across the fanbase on social media have fully thrown anyone and everyone including rookie 8th overall pick TMac fully under the bus multiple times this season. But some of you guys apparently expect a pat on the back because Bryce Young successfully evaded a few potential sacks while Tyler Shough got consumed by our pass rush throughout the game and still had a superior performance. The state of this division is hilariously mediocre at best. Bryce Young is the only player on this roster who is allowed to have the lowest bar possible yet we have invested the most resources in him. It's lunacy.
