Fox's perspective for year 2010?

Lately I have been thinking a lot about what Fox's mindset is going to be going into this 2010 season. Is he the kind of coach that looks at something like being allow freely out of your contract and the fact he is in his 9th season as an insult/motivation to come back, gives us a killer year and then packs and goes.

Or is he the type that says well f it they obviously don't want me to stay \here I'm going to take this year easy. Could this make a difference in whether the panthers draft or trade most of the positions that the panthers need help in? Drafting usually means a bit of rebuilding esp. at the QB position...but why would Fox rebuild in his last season? What is Fox planning...

It's in his best interest to do the best job that he can do.

He is working for his next contract....no matter where it is. Upcoming free agency....going to try to increase his value by having the best season possible. Would he try to mortgage the future? Sure....but I bet the new Pres and JR will have a closer eye on things.
