curious...other than location, what keeps you going back to that one place you call your favorite watering hole?

My brother and I owned a restaurant and bar for 3 years.

Fun times, but we made no money from it.

I would do it again, but would not have a full menu this time.

The best way to keep the place full is to offer 1 really cheap draft beer, and one really cheap glass of wine all the time.

For instance, Bud Light draft every day all year for $1.25.

And a glass of either Merlot or Chard (cheap wine) for $3.00 all day every day.

Don't cater to one sports team.

Figure out a way to always have cabs at your place after 11:30 pm everyday.
