This whole entire organization just needs to figure out how to stay consistent. Everything that has to do with the Panthers in the fox era has very inconsistent periods of success.

they need to continue this year just like the last with the same gusto with personel, i know we are a very classy organization, but just because we succeed does not mean we get to hold onto players for the wrong reasons
