Panthers seem keen on ASU's Armanti Edwards

A poor man's Pat White. I think we could be looking at him as a UDFA.

He'll be drafted by the 5th or 6th round at the latest just due to athletic ability and the fact that he's versatile and a great fit for the wildcat. He might go even earlier. Some team is going to look at him, see Josh Cribbs and spend a pick.

Hell, Pat White went in the second.

We love versatility and could get a possible returner, WR, Wildcat guy and emergency QB in one pick. Also a local guy. I'm not surprised we're looking at him. Like others have said though, any time we heavily scout someone publicly we almost never grab them.

We have a App HOMER. ae>pw????? Really?

Pat White started all 4 years and he led the team to wins in Bowl Games.

Win loss against ranked opponents is 10-3.

4,400+ yards rushing are the most among any quarterback in FBS history.

He has accounted for 100+ touchdowns, which is a Big East record for any position.

1st in rushing yardage in the NCAA.

Second player in NCAA history with 4,000+ rushing yards and 5,000+ passing yards.

Google him. I am telling you Pat is one of the best college players of all time.

AE as you call him is a big fish in a very small pond.

For the life of me I cannot understand why a Saints fan spends so much time talking college football on a Panthers forum. :D

Considering how many bandwagon AINTS fans there are now, I'm guessing their message boards must suck (much like their history prior to 2009) and be full of morons claiming they've been die-hards since they were born,. It just amazes me that a division rival that the Panthers just happen to own all time(Panthers lead the series 17-13, 3-1 in the last 4) can luck up win the SuperBowl and then try to come up with smartass poo to say on our message board. sAINT fan's may wanna try trolling the Colts message boards, their "wonderful insights" will hold more weight there.

serious question here; why did over 120 schools pass on him to play in a higher level? Seriously? Was it his grades? I just like giving you sh it about this guy. If he's good enough, it will be shown in time.

Kind of like Stephen Curry, or Dexter Coakley, or Terrell Owens, or Tony Romo, or Jerry Rice, or Dominique Rodger-Cromartie, or Brian Westbrook....all of those guys went to small schools and none of them panned out....

Ok i am ignorant huh. So the Big East is comparable to the Southern Conference now huh. I never said small school guys can not do well in the pros. I am saying that Edwards is gonna go undrafted. AND yes the difference between playing a FCS school and FBS is obvious and if Pat had been at a smaller school he would have owned the competition. I like Amanti and wish him luck but his height and size is gonna limit him.
