I also used live around Marvin and believe it or not it is a VERY desirable area. Firethorne would probably be where he is looking but there is some nice stuff out in Marvin. It's completely crime free and is a wonderful quiet pocket out of Charlotte but not too far.

Of course when I look for a place to live I just steer clear of densely populated city areas, but as I am finding out most people want to be surrounded with idiots when they go home for higher rent and no land.

He has a 75% career passer rating, 75 TD's.All done with an average at best running game, Vick being the leading rusher by the way. Yeah he's horrible. I don't care if he comes here or not. I just think we'd benefit from him being Panther as a football team. period.
