I figure that the Panthers will have an improved game plan this time. Trgo and Fox almost always have a better plan the second time around. Keep in mind that we were limited on defense since the Tampa game due to injuries to the defensive line so New Orleans may not be typical. With Kemo and Lewis back I expect a much better passing rush and a stifling run defense. If Boldin can't go it will be much easier this time around. The Panthers have a history of upping their intensity in the playoffs and I think they will at home this year with no exception. Plus the big difference I see between home and away is that on the road we seems to wilt somewhat in the second half. At home we keep getting stronger in the second half. So if we start off quicker this Saturday and get a lead, I just don't see us giving it back in the second half.

I really like how they stood everyone up against New Orleans. We confused them pretty well. With better depth and fresher legs I don't see us giving much up in the second half. After half time the first game we rolled the Cardinals at least on the scoreboard.

No other team has our ability to get stretch the field. We honestly don't need a big game out of Edge to beat you guys. 15 carries and 50 to 75 yards out of the man will get the job done. If Warner and the offense can limit the turnovers to a min of 1 you guys are done. That's what it comes down to. If Carolina wins the turnover battle they win the game.

You're secondary can't stop our air attack. I just pray that Warner can hold on to the Effin ball!!! Should be a good game fellas. Good luck.

You HAVE heard of a team called the Saints, right? Just checking.

Yeah, Brees had 400+ yds against us in Week 17 and we managed to win. They can stretch the field as well. Your team is not special in terms of that. Sorry.

Yeah you could go there but then I'd come back with, it's better than having a bunch of blacks and hicks running all over the place. Something about NeckCar and tobacco road smokin red necks, etc, etc...

never trust the Weather Channel... besides the hurricane and severe storm experts, they likely don't know their asses from last tuesday... give it another day.. the forecast will probably flip around a couple of times...

Racism is hilarious. How many black people are actually in Arizona, the Phoenix Suns? I'm sorry we have actual culture on this side of the United States.

Now, back to the topic at hand: why Edgerrin James is now Walter Payton for rushing for 73 yards on 16 carries against a mediocre run defense.

      We need a Sam Off Ball Backer to pair with Lloyd. Lloyd is a strong Interior Will especially in Pass Coverage- but that is also Trevin Wallace’s archetype. Need a Rozeboom style run stopper. Rodriguez and Allen fit that

      There aren’t that many ways to screw Day 2 up.  That’d be them making an obvious reach, or selecting at one of the few positions that we are pretty solid at. Because as excited as we are for the growth and improvement this team is showing, it’s still not an overly talented or deep roster. Honestly, there aren’t really many positions I’d feel bad about. Feelings about Bryce aside (because we are not going to select a QB), it’s really RB (bad positional value) and that’s it. I guess OT too since we grabbed Freeling in Round 1.    While not as high on my wish list as other spots, you can justify WR or TE.     Interior offensive lineman who would likely take over an interior spot either this year (at center) or guard (next for cap casualty of Hunt or Lewis)? Fine by me.   Dlineman? Yes, that’s a highly rotational position and we have zero quality depth.    ILB? Yep, could stand for an upgrade over Wallace.    EDGE? Absolutely wouldn’t hate another option to spell Phillips, Scourton, and Princely.    FS?  Would love to add better coverage skill set to the backend of the defense. Moehrig and Ransom are great in run support but not as good deep. Adding a more traditional FS would allow us to mix and match/run some 3 safety sub packages and or a big nickel type look with a SS down near the line for better run support in possible pass downs.    CB? Could stand to get better at nickel.

      Sounds like Veesaar is entering the draft. He could always test the waters and pull out and return but without him our big men look like a serious liability. Better do something in the portal. If they don't do something about this portal madness my days as a college sports fan are probably numbered. This bullshit of having a nearly entirely new team every season is gonna get old fast.
