So I just bought a PS3 for the sole purpose of beating GOW3 a few dozen times then selling the system and making (hopefully) most of my $$ back.

I got the 250 gig model and I'll admit to knowing nothing about the PS3 other than it plays GOW3.

Why should I keep it? What games are a must have/play?

I don't really play any PS3 exclusive titles. But Fallout 3 is great. CoD. BfBC2. Farcry 2 was fun for a bit.

The 250 gig was the only one available in this whole friggin city. I'd been looking for 2 weeks for one with no luck. Walmart, Best Buy, Target, none of them had it. Stumbled across 2 of the 250 gig models in Best Buy Wednesday night and snatched one up.

Spare me the "I've seen them everywhere" lines, my buddy did that to me the night I got it. If they were so plentiful I wouldn't have had such a hard time finding one lol

Nah, I haven't really been looking. My pops bought a 250gig a few months ago for the same reason. That sucks though, dude. That's a lot of money. But you can probably get a pretty decent chunk of that back.

yeah, I have a hard time with spending that kind of dough and waiting on it to be shipped

INSTANT GRATIFICATION!!!

Netflix. I stream movies via my PS3 onto my 57" HD TV. $9/month and I get movies mailed to me and streamed online to me. That, in addition to being a Blue Ray player and PS3 game player makes it a must keep.

They've been like this since Christmas, although I'm not sure why. It's not even that people are snatching them up as soon as they hit the shelves; there have just been very few shipments and each shipment that does come has been small.

      yea....Minnesota fell off the map this year after going 14-3 with Darnold...bet they wish he was back... and his record looks good this year...maybe he figured it out.... he does get the tight azz in big games still.

      i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
