Series is over, but I still want to see our guys give it another fight Monday night. Felton & Diaw have been a HUGE dissapointment this series. One thing about the playoffs is they will expose your weaknesses for the world to see. Right now our starting PG & starting PF arent good enough to compete with the elite in the NBA. We now know this. It'll be interesting to see what we do to rectify this issue.

Felton it was fun, but you and Boris gotta go.

I personally saw how shitty Ray was today on the pick, yet again failing to set up an Offenseive play, and being afraid of Jameer.

Diaw I've been ragging on for the longest needs to take his soft ass back to Paris, now I see why the Suns were so eager to get rid of him.

No doubt. I've seen JUCO players who can step in right now and play better than Felton. He is horrible. I've never seen such a horrible excuse for defending the pick and roll... He may literally be the worst I've ever seen. Not a very good one-on-one defender either, Nelson crossed the poo out of him.

It wouldn't have been bad had Felton would have played defense.

He's a good PG, but damn sure not worth what he's expecting and FOR damn sure not a starting caliber PG.

I personally believe if Tyrus develops his offense this summer he'll be starting caliber.

It's really pathetic and foolish by LB to put in Diaw when Tyrus and D.j were putting the game back in a possession.

Like somebody said in an earlier post LB's time is quickly drawing near.

to be such an elite coach and teacher of the game, he sure is doing a shitty job this series... Diaw hasn't wanted to shoot all season, and he busts out a 3 ptr with Gortat running out to him when we're down by 1?

But, we're just beating a dead horse at this point - Felton and Diaw gotta go.

I agree with you guys, Diaw has always been soft and for the life of me (after the FIRST game Tyrus played with us) I couldn't imagine why he starts over Tyrus. Tryus brings raw energy to the game, with blocks rebounds and dunks and I think he can easily put up 10-15 pounts. Felton I was high on until playoffs, we now know what we got and he ain't worth a lot of money. However, after his play I bet his value goes down so we may get him cheaper.

I'm ready to let DJ play more. I wish he would shoot more and drive. His shot is really pretty. I think Diaw is overpaid but he would best be a guy off the bench and I think he could do well there.

Jax wasn't super great either this series, taking a ton of just retarded shots but he's not really the problem, but we definitely need a 3rd scorer. I really think DJ could fit the mold if we let him, his rookie year he was good for 15-20.

Series is over, but we made the playoffs, I just wish we could at least win ONE, at home, before we get put away.

To be fair, Gerald Wallace and Jax deserve criticism for not attacking the basket at the end of the game after Howard fouled out. Guys just settled for J's or in G-Force's case didnt even really demand the ball. Im sorry as an ALL-STAR and leader of the team Gerald has gotta be more aggressive at the end of the game. Thats one of the main reasons Jax & Felton are always taking horrible shots late cuz no one else wants to step up and knock down shots in the crunch.

Yeah there's no reason we should be down 3 games in a series where Howard spent most of the time on the bench. Once he sits everyone should be driving, not taking stupid jumpers.

I am really disappointed in Larry Brown, I think he's called 3 really bad games honestly. I thought he was one of our "advantages" going into the series.

It's relatively simple.

Wallace can't "shoot" and every time he stepped within 4 feet of the paint the lanes were instantly clogged. This has been happening for the whole series so it's not a mystery.

Diaw is just Diaw.

Our centers, while serviceable not dominate in most areas (Chandler Defense, Nazr Offense and Theo Defense/Offense mix)

D.J and Tyrus should have gotten majority minutes this game and the whole series.

Larry failed(doesn't want to)recognizes this and we continue to practically 'force' 2 players that refuse to step up to play.

Which ain't fair at all.

I agree with you guys about GW and Jax... but Jax is the "go to" guy... He's gonna take some shots that shouldn't be taken, it's his make-up. Only problem I've really had with him is the turnovers, getting stripped and it leading directly to a basket.

IDK about Crash, I honestly won't blame him for not putting shots up. He is an All-Star, so you'd expect him to demand the ball and take it to the opponent when we need baskets, but that's not him. Webber, Barkley and The Jet were talking about this at the half during game 2... They said Gerald controls the game in 2 of 3 aspects that make up a superstar in the NBA - defense and rebounding.

They said the reason he isn't a bonfide superstar is b/c he went from scoring 25 points in game 1 to only having 1 point at the half in game 2. Barkley said a lot of that also has to do with not having a PG who can get you the ball (especially in positions that make it easy to score). Then again, tonight, he said Nelson is loving this series b/c he has no respect whatsoever for our PGs.

Like I said, I think DJ can be a Top 10 PG in this league, but Raymond Felton is to Larry Brown what Jake Delhomme was to John Fox.

So, until that changes, we won't know what we have.

    • Backup QB is always the most popular.  When Young became the backup he became popular again.  Bad performance means people want change.  Even if its the same thing over and over.
    • Canales talks exactly like narcissists talk because they can’t understand how their actions impact other people negatively. They’re describing what they think they should be feeling or saying instead of actually experiencing it.  if you’ve ever dated one you know exactly what I mean and it’s off putting if you’ve gone through it.  im sure his apology to Izzy sounded like “I never thought you’d be so upset by me masturbating with Brad Idzik during a film session. Again. I thought we had moved past that. In the future, you need to make your displeasure more clear.”
    • I like Chuba as a person. However when we signed him to that extension I said it was a risk because he had his best statistical season while we have invested over the last 2 seasons what is now a league leading amount of money in the offensive line and it's only going to increase with us needing to sign our left tackle to an upcoming extension. We cannot afford all this. Our defense is already amongst one of the lowest invested groups in the league and we expect them to shoulder the burden. As far as Chuba over Rico let's just call it what it is. Our franchise making decisions based on what we've invested in a player instead of doing what's best for the team. We've already been doing this with Bryce Young and we again have one of the league's worst QB rooms. It cannot continue. How many blowout losses can we witness before things like this finally click? Either we begin operating like a serious franchise or we will look up and reach the milestone of being a cellar dweller for 10 consecutive years.
