How Much Would a Billboard Cost?

Hmm. Not bad. I'd need a lot of help. 

But maybe the little sign at the ... what was the name of the grill that Tepper dropped in on? 

In any event, the goal would be to get Tepper to buy out the company to get the sign erased.

Something simple and elegant, maybe a Panthers Jersey with the number 9 on it, inside a red 'no' circle. 

Or a backpack with 9 on it..

Maybe something like:

"Tepper your expections, Panthers fans."

Then a list of overall winning percentage during his era.

I would avoid anything that might catch a lawsuit. Even publicly available images of the stadium are out.

See this is more productive than discussing reality right now.

I thought about Tepper. How to include him or make him the focal point.

Might want to find a publicly traded firm and buy some shares first.

Oh yeah, the NFL would sue for unauthorized likeness use probably but I like to think maybe we could get him pissed enough to by a billboard company.

Figure it out. Paging legal minds. 

Like a slightly different blue color with a 9 represented, and maybe a drink being thrown at it?

It doesn't have to be BOA, just a generic stadium.
