Granted they make your eyes water...but I can't get this one. Near the ear canal so no pressure from two angles. Frustrating.

Had one like this once where the ear canal was shut. Wife, FNP, wouldn't touch it and I had to go to ENT. He stuck a needle in it to numb it and I about s**t bricks until the meds kicked in. Then he lanced it and bunch of stuff came out. Gauzed it. Kept felt like it was leaking. In bed that night...just felt wierd...got up and went to the bathroom. Got an angle where I pushed underneath my ear and BLOOooSSHhh...a bloody/white mixture of liquid/chunks painted the mirror in an awesome display. Felt incredible...no more pressure...no more leaking. And I had a Picasso on the mirror.

I HATE those, I think they come from eating too much sugary stuff at once or acids. I hate them with a passion. Way worse than zits or pimples.
