I care about a lot of things. I got rid of my big gas guzzling cars from a couple of years ago and got more fuel efficient vehicles. I buy those energy efficient light bulbs even though they break about every other week. I try to conserve as much as possible within reason.

But I think that protesting a BP station that probably doesn't even buy its gas from BP is a complete waste of time. Whats the point of it? Is it to hurt BP? It doesn't hurt BP a bit? Is it to draw attention to the problem in the gulf? Well if the hours of news coverage everyday, headlines in every paper, and the incident being the talk of most internet sites doesn't do it, then I seriously doubt 8 people standing in front of a BP station are going to do it.
