As aformer Real Estate Broker, though they must still think I'm current, I get a flyer at least once a week to come golf there. I used t get free invititations from the Colf Course near I-85 & Humpy Wheeler Blvd, But I don't play any longer.

I was always amazed at how many free perks I got as a real estate agent. Kind of made up for haivng to work nights a weekends. (Kind of!)

Really nice golf course. Nice looking community. But who is buying a $300,000+ house in Locust? I just think that was a really ill-conceived development.

And not to mention (if I remember correctly) it is basically in that back yard of a Wal Mart isn't it?

I played it once......the course was ok but the "clubhouse", the way it was run, and the people that work there really turned me off to the place. Doubt I would go back unless things have changed since I last went.

I played the Warrior yesterday, and it was incredibly crowded but that is to be expected with it being a holiday Monday. Took over 5 hours to play a round.

I don't know how much did it cost you for a round?

But here are some tee times from the lastest flier.

I think these were just good for today, Friday.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
