Leroy Hill

Leroy Hill is expected to be a Free Agent. Should we go after him?

We would have some of the best LBs around and a better rush D.

We might have to let Gross go if he's asking for too much, but we must keep Pep. Get rid of Lucas, draft a corner or pick one up in free agency. Then it's all good for the defense.

We can move Wharton back to tackle and maybe draft a tackle and move him to guard.

To be honest, LB's are the last problem on defense and I would rather put the money on the line or secondary. I think Diggs has improved and it took him some time to get over those bad knees. We also opened up the check book for Landon Johnson and that didn't work out too well.

Lots of talk about franchising Leroy...we too think we have one of the best linebacker groupsin the league and would like to keep it that way!!! Leroy is greatly overlooked often in that group too with Peterson and Tatupu generally getting lots of attention!!! I'd be very happy to see him stay where he is!

I think both Landon and DJ were both useless and should be released in the off-season. I still say give Dan Connor a shot, he looked very promising before he got injured. I think he has great potential.

Shehawks have no hope.

    • No poo tho you might could Jenkins for Legette. They got nothing at WR after the big 2 in Cincy. I don’t think you trade away OL depth. Could get a quality player in cuts. Really that 3-4 end spot what you should be looking for is someone who is stout with long arms and can push back the OL in both the run and pass game for others to make plays…. But we signed Wharton, sometimes I think Evero is a fraud ass nerd who should be an analyst at best.
    • you would honestly probably do Monroe Freeling more of a disservice by putting him in a position where is not yet ready to succeed. .we all knew Monroe Freeling struggled at the NFL combine in drills because of technique related issues & would need time to develop  & now all of a sudden before they even put the pads on Monroe Freeling is somehow a starting LT in the NFL ? if he struggled at the NFL scouting combine what do you actually think is going to happen in a live NFL game at LT ? .even our best LT of all time was not ready to start at LT when he was a rookie & he turned out to be a pretty good darn LT by the name of Jordan Gross ...just saying be patient Young Jedis
    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
