You can watch the interviews on Fox Sports' website, unfortunately I can't link them, but they are on page 4 of the videos.

I'm sure some of you saw this on TV, I caught it last night right before I was going to bed. He did a couple of interviews with Smitty, Fox, Moore, and Beason.

Smitty says he will be good by week 1 and is looking to score (again) on the safety that hit him and broke his arm, the same one that was talking crap awhile ago. :hand: He sounds pumped to go, says he's just going to spend this year clowning on everybody.

Beason sounds good to go, says he's still adjusting to weakside, and that our D-Line needs to step up if this D is going to take it to the next level. Jay tried to tempt him into calling out Everette Brown, but Beason did a good job of playing the leader card and putting the burden on everyone.

Moore said he's ready to take on the new burden of leadership and, when asked who he expects to step up in Muhammad's place, he actually mentioned that LaFell should be getting a lot of balls thrown his way.

And Foxy was..... well, it is what it is.

    • This is what I mean. I am not some huge BY fan. I honestly don't look at QBs the way a lot of you guys do. Right or wrong, I've always looked at them as just another cog in the machine. Didn't want BY or even a trade up for a QB in 2023. We saw in the Super Bowl how important the rest of the team is on any given Sunday. Now... so PFF, who has no reason to prop up BY, says he's first in 2 stat lines and Panthers "fans" are arguing why it's either wrong or a made up stat just to make BY look good. Even though they have multiple stat lines where he's literally last in. Like 32nd in the NFL. Some he's even lower than 32. Take a step back. Try to objectively self analyze. This is just not sensible.  Same thing I see with other teams' fans and their QBs though. We analyze every single throw on every single play. For every other QB, most here are only using highlights to judge. Makes a difference. We saw Stafford miss throws when they played Carolina - both games. We saw Love throw crap up when they played Carolina. We saw Dak miss throws when they played Carolina - and Pickens was putting on a SHOW. We saw Josh Allen win a game with 163 yards passing against Carolina, but if BY does it he's crap and can't pass for 200 yards. Gents... come on.
    • None of us think we're contenders this season but no reason we're doomed to 5 or 6 wins either. Dan has to have another 2025- like draft class and at least 2 key free agent signings. We're not Seattle but they don't win without 5 starters from their last 2 draft classes and Darnold and Lawrence in free agency.  Alas,  we'll have to wait one more season for a QB upgrade.
    • I've got nothing else to say really than: Ayup. Here we are again. Again.  All we can really hope for is progress. If we improve as much again, it'll be good. If we don't, it'll be foretold.
