One more tailgate???

You want a reason? I have one.

The "fire turgo march" at the stadium.

You might laugh, but no one is going to log onto the huddle and react to message board bitching.

But you folks get your asses down to the stadium with some signs (and with some help from the observer/news station ;) ) you will be able to make enough noise that they will have to listen.

Why not?

Its your team.

If I can do a damn petition 7,000 miles away and make a difference over the internet, your damn right you guys can make a difference with one day and a few signs :)

Its our team, our voice matters!

One more tailgate? I say do it.

Well.....

I'm just sayin. Everyone sits around and bitches but no one is willing to do anything to change it.

Here is your chance.

Everyone told me I was wasting my time and stuff with the logo deal, and that it would never happen. See what a lil effort does?

Well here is you're chance to make a difference on your team.

Like my boss at work always says; "dont come to me with a problem if you dont have a solution"

Problem- Turgo

Solution- Fans march (just a few hours- might want to look into a permit?) and get voice heard.

What, does not all the money you invest every season not buy you a voice?

Go stand up, speak up, and be heard. Its your right as a fan!

It worked in Detroit after the 50th or so fire Matt Millen march. lol

You better believe the very last thing they want is fans out front of the stadium marching.

There are some very valid reasons for doing such, and the idea can be rightly defended.

Its time for a change.

Turgo has had his chance. You see what good has come from Fox HAVING to find a new OC.

In a game like football, new perspectives can make a world of difference. And lets be honest, with a defense ranking in the bottom half of the league, we cant go anywhere but up!

If I actually lived in NC that would be plausible.

I think its a VERY PLAUSIBLE idea (not for you) for folks.

All it takes is a couple hours hanging out with friends who you spent a whole season with.

Everyone gets a chance to see each other 1 more time, and possibly make a HUGE difference in their team.

It our right as US citizens and something that we should have no shame in exercising.

So whats to lose folks?

Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:iagree:

^^^^see already got 1 protester ;)

Hey-- You guys could get Phidelt(???) to make you guys a banner.

could march next saturday (no football ;) )

gives time to prepare- get the permit (I will pay for it as long as its not insane $$$- my part of helping) get folks together and make it well thought out.

If I was a regular at the tail gates, I would do it.

(course it's a lot easier to just say it than to do it)

well trust me. If I lived 7000 miles closer it would be no problem.

whats to lose?

If we have folks willing to sleep outside for a day and a half for tickets, surely we have folks who are willing to protest and speak us for the fans?

:iagree: :iagree: :iagree: :iagree: :iagree:

    • Possible, he is physical and a forchecker but not a needle mover, but i wouldnt mind it
    • The problem with these summary stats and rankings is that they flatten out progression and assume an even performance throughout the year. His first 3 or 4 games of the season don't really tell you anything about his current level of capacity but more about where he started and what his floor was last year. Given his last several games were against playoff teams, that gives you an idea of his current ability coming into the season. But it will serve more as a floor than a ceiling given the upgrade in talent on offense. And a better defense should give us more stops which results in shorter fields and more opportunities. And going into his third year there is no reason to suspect he will regress. His success wasn't  based on being superhuman but being smart and taking what was the defense was giving him. Distributing to the other guys not trying to do it on his own. He was great at the end when pressured and consistently moved the ball. That makes him a great game manager which is what we need. Something that is easier to do and relies on everyone else rather than having to be a top physical specimen or do it on his own. No one can predict the future but to say we haven't improved much is crazy given just having the Browns anchoring the defensive line will shut down the run and make sure QBs won't be stepping up in the pocket.  Assuming Evero got the message to can the prevent defense and bend until you break philosophy.
