Charlotte Is So Boring, Peppers Want Out & M. Jordan

is never in the city and he's the GM for the Bobcats. And please don't tell me its not true because I hear your local sports shows talking about Jordan's participation or lack thereof in the organization and the local community. Don't feel bad though...Jordan was not active in the communities in Chicago.

I'm not trying to put your city down, but what can a city like Charlotte offer 2 Superstars like Jordan and Peppers:banghead:

C'mon guys you have to admit Carolina, especially Charlotte is not at the top of list as the most entertaining or exciting cities.

Seriously, I doubt if we let Haynesworth go; if so, do not be surprise if he goes to Rams or Atlanta.

If I were the Panthers FO I would not let Peppers walk into a divisional rival team. I would tag him and, hope something can be worked out with Gross.

so i guess your a titan fan.

charlotte is a great city. not the biggest i know, but there are several different areas, and plenty to offer. the lake area and uptown being the best IMO. I wish I still lived there, and I have been a few places. In TN for instance, i've been to Nashville and Memphis for extended stays, and neither of those two can compare to the Queen City. Charlotte has a great night life too. There is a bar or club for any kind of person, and some of the panthers know that. Threads have been started here stating that several were seen at certain clubs. I really think this upcoming trade has nothing to do with the area.

Charlotte is so boring.. that is the reason Moose kept his family here when he went to play for Chicago and says he will live here after he retires. Mike Minter, Mike Rucker, Dan Morgan, Frank Garcia, Brentson Buckner, Pete Metselars and numerous other former Panther players live in the Charlotte area after their football careers ended. NASCAR is based here and building the hall of fame right now. Several banks are based here along with tons of other large corporations. You obviously know nothing about the Charlotte area.

Tell me all knowing one, how many other NBA GMs spend all of their time in the city where their team is based? How many GMs are at every game? As long as MJ is getting his job done what is the problem?

Is he really getting the job done? Are you serious?

Please dont' mention NASCAR- who in the h e l l care about NASCAR but the people in Charlotte?

Look, Its not the worse city, but most Top Entertainers/Stars want to be were the action is at all times. I'm just being honest.

last time I checked...when asked about living here and how the city treats it's athletes EVERYBODY says that they love it. Charlotte has been ranked in the top 10 "happening" cities a few times ..so don't hate on Charlotte or N.C..cause once you live here, you wouldn't want to live anywhere else playa!!!!

CAROLINA luv!!

    • Oh please with the wallowing in victimhood I'm going to take my ball and go home routine. You were just in here referring to people as super weird haters because they don't completely agree with your borderline delusional spin on what Bryce Young is and isn't as a fourth year starter. We can hope by some miracle that Bryce Young will actually be able to lead a formidable passing offense this season without being irrational homers and pretending verfiable data and what we have seen with our own two eyes doesn't tell us exactly what he has been to this point which is someone who moves the ball at a historically low rate.
    • I am curious who's behind all of this though. A video and photos from years ago surfacing? Someone has a vendetta and is driving this PR campaign. I'm loving it, but I'd also like to know who said mystery figure is.
    • I say positive things about Bryce when he earns them. Which he has a handful of times. It is all here and on the record but your lobby won’t focus on that or the flat out truth inside of our critical comments.  It is a constant thing with him and his backers - one or two good things and people are trying to extrapolate that to proof we should commit to him, while ignoring or making excuses for the larger portion of his track record.  When he is able to consistently turn in franchise QB extension worthy outings the tone of the posts will reflect that.  I have already said that if he would play like he did in the WC as often as we need him to, I would be okay with keeping him.  See you don’t want to talk about that though because it shows actual fair minded evaluation not stanning.
