Twice a year my neighbor have people over. The problem is they are noisy and I hear a constant humming for 4 hours. In early May it is worse as it happens two weekends in a row. In October I want to sit out and enjoy the changing leaves and the quiet but these idots ruining it for me. What should I do?

Call the cops and tell them your neighbors are drinking, cursing and eating chicken wings

And they have donuts! That will get every cop within 25 miles wothion 10 minutes! (Just kidding!)

Gete yourself a couple outdoor speakers. Aim them at your neighbors home. The next time they are loud put on:

1) Alice in Chains

2) Guns N Roses or Nirvana

3) Rage Against the Machine

Stay away from any Southern Rock bands, unless you want get invited over! (How hot are the women?)

After about 10 minutes of AIC or GNR, they will be banging at your door to turn it down. Then you just tell them that you will if they will! *** for Tat!

If your neighbor has people over twice a year and had them over two weekends in a row in May, they should not be having people over in October unless they have people over more than twice a year.

    • Predictions from the Observer writers  i am sad   I wish the Panthers had one, just one, game changing hero on their roster …one player that isnt ok with losing …there aren't any Steves,, Lukes,  Cams, Thomas’ on this roster    When  a team has a roster and there isn't one jersey that sells, there arent any heroes if there are, today is a good day to show up   From the Oberser  Fowler: Packers 30, Panthers 20. Carolina will hang around for a while for this one, but the Packers — a legitimate Super Bowl threat — have just too much firepower. Kaye: Packers 31, Panthers 20. Green Bay feels like one of the true Super Bowl contenders in the NFC. The Packers’ offense is dynamic and the defense continues to improve. With a banged up O-line and an unpredictable defense, I’m not sure it matters who is at QB for the Panthers on Sunday. The Packers should win at home in convincing fashion. Zietlow: Packers 35, Panthers 28. I predicted last week that the Bills would win in lopsided fashion. They were coming off a two-game losing streak followed by a bye. The Panthers, conversely, were due for a regression after three great weeks. This week, after refocusing, I think the Panthers will put up a strong performance. I also think Rico Dowdle will get the majority of the carries and that the defense will play much better against the run. The Packers will still win, but the Panthers will leave Lambeau with their heads held high.
