--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello Dear,

This is to inform you of your long overdue Payment outstanding with our Banking records. This is to inform you that your name came first from our Central Computer among the list of unpaid Inheritance claims individuals

and have to update your information through this email contact for immediate confirmation. Your name appeared among the beneficiaries who will receive a part-payment of US$2,500,000 million (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand United State Dollars) and it has been approved already for payment months ago.

However, we received an email from one Mr. Morris Lint, who told us That you are dead and he is your next of kin and that you died in a car Accident four months back. To our findings we discover that this Morris Lint is a liar and imposer that is why we contact you before any release of funds can be paid

to him. He has also submitted his Account information to the Accounting office department of our Bank for Immediate transfer of the fund to him as your inheritor.

Regarding our investigation from the Bank & the Nigerian Police Force (N.P.F) in conjunction with the Economic Financial Crime Commission (E.F.C.C) we are now verifying by contacting your email address as we have in our Bank records before we can Make the transfer into his account and for us to conclude with confirmation if you are dead or not.

Make sure you reply back

My response:

Dear Mr. Mark Borris,

Mr. Morris Lint is not a liar nor an imposer. I am quite dead. Please transfer the funds to Morris Lint immediately. Please consider this my confirmation of my death. Also, please do not bother me again. Do you know how annoying it is to be bothered while enjoying eternal bliss?

Keep bothering me and you will find out personally.

Sincerely,

The ghost of Morris Lint's next of kin.

Please feel free to call or email him to confirm my death.

    • I think they are holding back to see what they have in the young guys, but I think it's a near certainty at some point they will bring someone else in. Right now (assuming we keep 5 CBs which is normal), the top 5 IMO are: 1) Jaycee Horn 2) Mike Jackson 3) Chau Smith-Wade 4) Shemar Bartholomew  5) Akayleb Evans   Obviously Jaycee is the alpha in that room and paid as such. Need him to stay healthy and continue to play at a Pro-Bowl level. Mike Jack did pretty well all things considered last year, and they gave him lower-level starter money. Fair deal for both sides.  Smith-Wade showed some promise as a slot CB. I think low-key he's a lock for the team. Different size and skill set than the other CBs. Shemar Bartholomew was the most sought after waiver claim last preseason. Was 5th CB most and inactive most of last year. Had a few defensive and ST snaps. Nothing of note good or bad but too small a sample size to make any judgment. Akayleb Evans was a 2022 4th Rounder for the Vikings. Has started 19 games (including Week 18 for the Panthers) in his career and played in 43. Was pretty good in 2023 before getting injured and falling down the depth chart last year. There's some other guys on the outside looking in, but until they show more in training camp I dont see anyway they make the 53. And only Jaycee, Mike Jack, and Smith-Wade are locks to make this roster IMO.
    • Was just reading the Ask the Old Guy story on the team's website and was shocked to see that only two 2nd Rounders have signed so far, 30 of them haven't. That isn't normal, the Texans really screwed things up for the rest of the league, no other explanation that I can think of for 30 of the 32 picks to still be unsigned at this point.
    • They need to address CB before season starts. This is not going to cut it.
