Here's hoping Edwards gets a start at QB this year

LOL because their skill set is best suited for the positions they are currently at and were playing college. Not saying they will be great at it but it's where they have the best chance.

With the change Armanti is now at his position where he will have the best chance to succeed.

And this, of course, was done by "experts".

Does that mean that, since we have these experts, we are destined to win the Super Bowl this year?

No, I'd say they're both top 10 maybe. Not #1.

He is the only player, at any level of college football, to pass for over 10,000 yards and rush for 4,000 in a career. 2 national championships (should have been 3 but his receiver dropped an easy catch in the endzone vs Montana). 2 time Walter Payton award winner.

Okay, you're turn.

Yet sadly no one outside of the Carolinas will remember him in 2 years.

Armanti Edwards everyone, the tallest midget around!

Why Must Armanti Switch Positions: Because he is considered an impact player when he touches the ball, but was not projected to be an NFL quarterback.

Best player ever in college football: o.o for serious??

Quarterback of the Panthers: A possibility, but he'll really need to work it.

I hate to break it to you guys, but if he was as good as you say, he would have gotten a shot from other teams. He worked out as a QB and people weren't that impressed. =\

also, all the natural talent in the world isn't going to make a guy who has 1) almost never taken a snap under center and 2) taken almost no reps at QB succeed with THIS OFFENSE. Sure, we could tailor everything to his every need... but we already don't change our offense to fit our players.

AE doing well this year as an every down QB just isn't happening.

So what would it take for someone to succeed in THIS OFFENSE? The veteran and the "pro style college offense" rookie haven't done it.

Then why did we draft him? Are we complete idiots?

Is that what U R saying?

Didn't need a shot from another team, got drafted here.

Worked out for maybe 20+ NFL teams. So far as I heard, most others were going to draft him as a QB. Are they all idiots?

I really do not see why he wasn't drafted #1.

Must have been a mistake on someone's part.

(Hyperbole Rocks!)
