not that I care about the team anymore since jake got cut but i'm in a good mood so I tell what yall should do.

DRAFT CAM NEWTON!! He would be your francise qb for the next 10-15 years and would lead yall to the Superbowl.

Anyone who suggest we should use the number 1 pick for Newton over Luck is either an idiot or a troll, and neither of which should be listened to.

Luck= Bust. looks like you want to find out the hard way.

If we get Newton we should trade down. I would like to see us trade our first pick for a top 3 pick, then that should give us an extra 3rd round pick. Then trade the top 3 pick for a middle first round and second round pick. Then we could fill our needs with top talent.

(AP) — It had been a while since the Carolina Hurricanes had finished practice, with players coming and going from the locker room. Yet Logan Stankoven was still on the ice, leaving a crowd of reporters patiently waiting at his locker. Such is the dynamic for the 23-year-old as the Eastern Conference's top seed heads into Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs to face the Philadelphia Flyers. Stankoven has been rolling at nearly a point-per-game pace going back to mid-March, including scoring in every game of Carolina's first-round sweep of Ottawa. Beyond the immediacy of that spotlight, though, is the other piece of Stankoven's story: the Hurricanes are betting he can keep growing into the role as second-line center, coming after spending multiple seasons searching for an answer there.
