Black Swan is the best movie ever...

^^^That was a great scene I busted out laughing when the camera panned over to her mother curled up on the chair. I went to see it with my gf and we were debating between this and 127 hours and since we had just seen the Wrestler on DVD we chose this one.

It was a little slow for me at first but when it started to pick up after maybe the first 30 minutes I was into it (for certain scenes a little TOO into it). This is the first year in a long time that movies that are getting nominated for awards are movies I'm actually interested in seeing.

Inception is still the best 2010 movie in my book.

yeah... i agree with your opinion. Inception is a clever and breath taking movie. The best movie in 2010. Unfortunately Toy Story 3 beats Inception in the term of revenue.:confused::confused:

Not sure if going to see this with my mom tonight is such a good idea...

there are some hefty sex scenes but it's all part of the movie. There's symbolism behind it.

Portman is a shy little girl ballerina. To become the Black Swan she needs to get in touch with her feminine/sensual side because the Black Swan seduces the prince in the play. Shy little girls can't seduce princes.

So there is some sensual stuff. The first time she's interrupted by her mother who is holding her back, 2nd time she finally gets to the big O with some help from Kunis which kind of starts the whole transformation.

Kunis is like the Black Swan she's totally opposite in every way, she's even from San Fran while Portman is from NY.

Really good movie, easy to follow. It's very good. You're on edge the whole time.

Saw this with the wife this weekend, good movie.

If I never see another scene like the "hangnail" scene again it'll be too soon *cringes*

yeah that was gross.

still thoroughly confused about a lot of parts in that movie. where the line is drawn between real and not real is hard to determine

    • https://nfltraderumors.co/2026-nfl-draft-grades-for-all-32-teams/      Grade: B+ Best Pick: Sam Hecht Biggest Reach (consensus rank): Jackson Kuwatch (NR) It's easy to love what Carolina did. The Panthers traded four times but ended the draft with the same number of selections that they started with and in approximately the same ranges. They did not take a player ahead of the consensus until Kuwatch at No. 227, and it's easy to see how he fell through the cracks playing at Miami of Ohio. He's a high-end athlete, though, and has a chance to develop, which is a fine profile for a seventh-rounder. Freeling and Brazzell also checked the high-end athleticism upside boxes for the Panthers. Carolina let the board come to them in the first round and could have a long-term solution at left tackle, which is a hard position to fill. Brazzell slid because of some maturity concerns as well as the difficulty in projecting receivers from Tennessee's Mickey Mouse offense. At 6-4, 200 pounds and 4.37 in the 40, though, the upside is undeniable. On top of that, the landed three starters on Day 3. Normally that's a high and unrealistic bar, but Hecht and Wheatley were both firmly inside the top 100 on the consensus board and have paths to win starting competitions. Lee fits the scheme well and has some interesting traits as an outside corner. What stopped me from a full-out A grade is not loving the Hunter pick, though he does fill a need to replace DT A'Shawn Robinson. There were prospects at other needs positions I would have been more jazzed about. The Brazzell pick is also an interesting risk for a team that's still in building mode, even coming off an NFC South title. Still, I'm nitpicking
