I'm just starting to get into bourbon. I've recently enjoyed Woodford Reserve, Makers Mark, Buffalo Trace and Elijah Craig. The Elijah Craig is rather hot -- so much so that it actually burns my lips a little bit, but I like it nonetheless. It's changed quite a bit since I first opened it a few months ago.

I like Makers Mark, I have a buddy who lives by it. I tried Buffalo Trace over Christmas with my family and its good, not the best.
