Remaining schedules for everyone still 'in the chase' for the playoffs:

New York Giants

@ Dallas

Carolina

@ Minnesota

Carolina

Denver

@ New York Giants

@ New Orleans

Tampa Bay

@ Atlanta

San Diego

Oakland

Minnesota

@ Arizona

Atlanta

New York Giants

Arizona

Minnesota

@ New England

Seattle

Dallas

New York Giants

Baltimore

@ Philadephia

Atlanta

Tampa Bay

@ Minnesota

St Louis

Philadelphia

Cleveland

@ Washington

Dallas

Washington

@ Cincinnati

Philadelphia

@ San Francisco

Chicago

New Orleans

Green Bay

@ Houston

New Orleans

@ Chicago

@ Detroit

Carolina

That's everyone's remaining schedule... From Carolina's perspective, if they can go 2-1 over the last 3, I believe they will still win the South, and (as long as the loss isn't to the Giants) I believe they MAY still win the NFC... Time for everyone to be a Dallas, Atlanta, Cleveland and Cincy fan this weekend... Then the next weekend, we should all be rooting for San Diego, Minnesotta, Baltimore and Washington... The final weekend, you'll want to be pulling for Minnesota, Oakland, Philadelphia, St Louis, San Francisco and Houston... Perfect world, yes, of course... But in this, even if the Panthers cough one up against Denver or New Orleans, the NFC is still a possibility... Anyways, draw your own conclusions and create your own scenarios... =)

We win against the Broncos close early but second half we blow them out.

Bucs lose badly to the Falcants.

Cowgirls beat the giants, ESPN is on Romo's dick all week.

We surprise the Giants and win by 10.

We win barely against the Aints since they'll be fighting for an unrealistic playoff spot

1. Panthers

2. Giants

3. Cardinals

4. Vikings

5. Bucs

6. Falcons

Giants have a real chance of losing 3 straight when you add possible losses to the Cowboys and us to their loss on Sunday. 12-4 is very possible with them.

For us, I can almost promise you we'll lose one of these remaining games. I'm leaning towards the loss being against Denver because of it being a trap game, but we could lose to the Giants or Saints.

I'm gonna say that we finish 12-4 as well as the Giants with us getting the tiebreaker. Bucs finish 11-5.

Posted this on another thread, but Bears W vs. Saints would be big, because if the Saints lose and Falcons win the Saints are eliminated from the playoffs and will be playing for nothing in Week 17

The Saints are 7-6 right now. No matter what happens the next two weeks the Saints will be playing for a winning season or a .500 season when they play the Panthers in week 17. Not to mention the fact that any team not in the playoffs love to give a lose to any team in the playoffs during that last week of the season.

Saints have played spoiler to us on several occasions and they like the part. If that game has value to us when it gets here then we better treat it with a lot of respect.

No question, just meant that it would hold no playoff implications for them

But that being said it wouldn't hurt for them to have nothing to play for. Sometimes when teams that had playoff hopes get to week 17 and have nothing to play for they don't put out the best effort ... see Atlanta in '05. But we still would need to bring our A game even if the Saints are out, as we did against the Falcons three years ago
