American Idol

Sh*t, I'm so bored, I'll go through them all.

1. Scotty - Definitely not his best, but he will without a doubt be a country star in a few years.

2. Naima - She's done. Although it was different and interesting, it wasn't near enough to stand out tonight. Buh bye.

3. Paul - Very good performance for him. His voice may not be a fit for Idol, but I think he can make it big in his respective niche. Very solid tonight.

4. Pia - She does the same sh*t every week, but I will admit that she has f*cking talent. I see her being a little like Mariah was in the 90's.

5. Stefano - He is my personal favorite in the competition. Vocally, he is incredible. He is so underrated, probably because he had two horrible performances earlier this season. He brings it again and again since then, though. Fantastic.

6. Lauren - For me, her best so far. I really like how she slowed it down a bit and just straight sand the song.

7. James - Vocally, not his best. Probably his worse. BUT he could put on one mad concert, and that's part of what being a star is.

8. Thia - Very good singing from her. People may argue she's a bit boring, which is true, but she can definitely sing as well as anyone in this competition. Beautiful performance.

9. Casey - I liked how he showed his softer side. Now, his vocals were a bit off here and their, but it was pretty good.

10. Jacob - Jeezums he can sing. I can imagine all the Southern Baptists voting for him right now. He may not be Idol material because his sh*t isn't mainstream, but he's got a huge voice.

11. I wouldn't say it was easily the best of the night, but she's easily my favorite girl. It was really good, and sexy as usual.

That was a damn solid episode. Too bad they're all packed into the same season. Almost anyone from this season could've killed the last 2 or 3 seasons.

I think Naima and Stefano are done. What a shame though, cause Stefano has some killer talent. I'd buy his album any day.

    • Exactly He's played two seasons and started 28 games. He's well beyond the point of being able to point to 2 or 3 games and being able to say, "THAT is the QB he is and will be in the future" Of course he can get there, but anyone trying to use just those couple of games to rank his place amongst the games QB's today and their full career's worth of playing at that level, is just asinine. Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Hurts, Herbert, Daniels, Stafford, Goff, Geno, Purdy, Baker, Love, Dak, Tua, Kyler, Lawrence That's 17 QB's right there that have played better over their careers than Bryce has played at his best.  And I'm not saying they're all studs or guys I'd want to be our QB moving forward, Tua for example I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, but his body of work is a million times better than Bryce's has been. It's also not including any of the other QB's drafted in 2023/2024 other than Daniels. So again, say you believe in Bryce, say you think he's going to prove he can and should be our QB of the future, that's all fair and totally fine. But nobody can say he's been an above average QB in his career thus far, it's just an asinine notion.
    • I'd think we could get one of those from Dallas for... whatever.
