why would Silas put Collins in the game against the friggin' Heat- of all teams to put the undrafted rookie PG that hasnt been able to break into the lineup against teams like Detroit, Sacramento etc.. why would Silas do that in 2nd half, crunch time?

was he really a genius at work?

was he throwing in the towel early?

was he giving his PG of the future a taste at real NBA ball?

if you look at it minutes played, Livingston played only a little over a minute more than Collins played.. its more probable that Livingston is having some issues with the knee (which we really dont need right now) and couldnt go.. after the west coast trip he probably needed some rest- hopefully he got it tonight and is ready to go against the Mavs and Celts..

Actually it is because livingston is being shopped as an accessory to jax or gerald wallace for lamarcus aldrigde and a 1st from portland.

Looks like a smart decision now. Unlike Larry Brown screaming and yelling, Silas cuts the guy's minutes short for a while and then he comes out and plays well against the Celtics.
