Bristol Motor Speedway

Hosted an MLB game this weekend. NHL representatives were there. Canes-Predators winter classic incomimg.

Bristol is like 4.5 hours away from Nashville, but there’s literally nothing there but a speedway.  I just don’t see Nashville/Carolina having the same draw there as the Braves.

Bristol is a decent little town.  I've been there once before.

But the viewing experience seemed really bad for the Speedway Classic.  Rain aside, the track is just not setup well for a baseball game.  I'm not sure hockey would be that much better because you're so far away from the action.  The race car going around the track on home runs was cool though.

There have been NFL and college football games there. It's basically a stadium.

Mehhh. I’d rather it be at BOA in charlotte or West Jefferson speedway in we really want a racetrack. Hell rockingham would be cool
