Yeah it is the concerts.

Didn’t he put grass in for some big dog soccer players and then take it right back out? That would piss me off if I were on the football team.

Yes, he did it at the request of european football teams like Chelsea who refuse to put their player safety at risk, yet he won't do it for his own teams.

Glad to see some of the high scores here, but it is irritating to see some of these be so low. Like travel, no reason to not be best in class here. Make it a selling point how well you do the "other" stuff that the players shouldn't have to even think about.

I agree with addressing stuff like that in a 1st class manner.
How bad could the travel be though? Are they not chartering?

Pretty sure. I’m pretty sure one of the beat reporters mentioned before that everyone flies together. I’m wondering if it has something to do with hotel/curfew. Maybe last year (maybe this one idk) I remember it being said in an interview that Canales and Morgan are very strict on the curfew and keeping everyone together in the hotel. Maybe that’s it?

Maybe. Just reacting quickly on 1st thought,  I feel like why would Dan and Dave get their high scores if they were the bad guys iin a curfew scenario.

It would be nice to know. I wonder if they want better hotels, busses, for that matter someone makes them wear a suit or tie and they hate it. No way for me to know I guess I am just yelling at clouds.

Its a pay wall but the whole list is out.

I’m not sure how to take the coach/GM evaluations for teams that cleaned house after the season.
There are some good grades for apparently fired people, or newly hired people. Someone tell me which.

comparing 2025 to 2026's report card:  perception inside the building improved.

  • 97% of players feel the head coach is efficient with their time
  • 97% report receiving individualized strength plans
  • 89% say they receive enough one-on-one treatment from training staff

Those are championship-level internal numbers. The football operation is stabilizing.

Only 55% of players feel they have adequate personal space on flights, ranking 29th league-wide. That is a sharp decline from previous years when travel conditions were graded B-minus.

The facility grades were more about adequate space rather than the quality of the equipment. Need more weights, more tub space, space in general.  ((( the rock hill facility would have addressed all that )))

The Panthers are trending upward, and for the first time in years, that momentum feels organizational, not accidental.

Ownership’s grade rising from D-minus to B-minus reflects real growth. Players now rate perceived willingness to invest significantly higher than the 6.12/10 average from prior years. That suggests trust is being rebuilt inside the building.

The locker room believes more.
The coaching staff is aligned.
The development systems are strong.

There is cultural momentum.

But culture alone doesn’t sustain a winning infrastructure.

Trust must now translate into tangible upgrades. If ownership invests aggressively in facilities, resolves the turf issue, and continues empowering football leadership, then 23rd becomes a stepping stone. If not, it becomes the ceiling.

Because in the NFL, belief builds momentum.

But investment builds champions.
