It’s important to remember he wasn’t on the team that drafted Bryce young. it’s important to remember he hasn’t made a single excuse when things have gone wrong he turned someone that people were saying was the worst first pick of all time into a playoff qb. That’s a start I think the best thing he ever did was give up play calling. He’s not Vince Lombardi. Focus on managing the team. One you master that, then you can take play calling back if you want. But until then you are a head coach first. A play caller should be second
