  most all scouting reports on Monroe Freeling said basically the same thing that he had alot of potential  but  more than likely would  require time & coachiing to refine issues related to his technique prior to starting at LT in the NFL ...just saying 

Yep, and agree with those reports. And I still love the pick and am hopefully thrilled we don't have to rush him out there day 1 and set him up for failure
